A change of the saliva biochemical components during pregnancy affects on enamel and it’s resistance to microorganisms of the oral cavity.It is necessary to prevent an increase of pathological processes.Determining the concentration of calcium and inorganic phosphorus in oral liquid by photometry is the rational method of mineralization potential.The concentration of calcium and phosphorus in pregnant women’s oral fluid was not measured in the republic of Belarus nor compared with standard indicators.In this case,we should take appropriate actions related with calcium and inorganic phosphorus concentration in oral fluid of pregnant women to avoid oral diseases such as caries and sanitize oral cavity in time.
