摘要

On Oct 1,1949,the People’s Republic of China was founded.Four days later,Romania recognized the new government,becoming the third in the world,after the Soviet Union and Bulgaria,to establish diplomatic relations with China.After seven decades,friendly cooperative relations between China and Romania and their two peoples are like an old vintage wine with a strong and pleasant fragrance.
