中医治未病在社区卫生服务中的应用研究

摘要

目的:探讨分析中医治未病在社区卫生服务中的应用效果。方法:在 2017 年 4 月 -2019 年 4 月内,选择我社区进行卫生服务的居民 720 例,按照随机数字表法分组,各 360 例, 设为对照组和研究组。实施中医治未病的为研究组,未实施中医治未病的为对照组,比较两组的满意度,对疾病的掌握情况,患病率以及 SAS 和 SDS 评分。结果:研究组的满意度和对疾 病的掌握情况比对照组要好(P < 0.05),患病率比对照组要低(P < 0.05),SAS 和 SDS 评分比对照要低(P < 0.05)。结论:对社区居民使用中医治未病可以降低居民的患病率,提高居民 对疾病的掌握情况,降低居民抑郁、焦虑的情绪,提高居民对社区卫生服务的满意度,可在社区卫生服务中采纳应用。 objective: to explore and analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in community health service. Methods: from April 2017 to April 2019, 720 residents in our community for health services were selected and divided into three groups according to random number table method, 360 cases in each group were set up as the control group and the study group. The study group was the study group and the non-treatment group was the control group. The satisfaction degree of the two groups, the mastery of the disease, the prevalence rate and the scores of SAS and SDS were compared between the two groups. Results: in the study group, the satisfaction and mastery of disease were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the prevalence was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
