摘要

Ethnic diversity and cultural diversity have become a prominent feature of today's society.Patients from different cultural backgrounds have brought new challenges to the nursing career,and it has become an inevitable trend to carry out cross-cultural nursing.This review summarizes the concept,advantages,application in teaching and clinic of cross-cultural nursing theory and the special nursing needs of Tibetan and hui patients.This review aims to sort out the application status of cross-cultural nursing theory in ethnic minorities and provide reference for carrying out standardized cross-cultural nursing in ethnic minority patients.
