When she heard the banging on her door,82-year-old Willie Murphy knew immediately something wasn’t right.Then the man smashed his way into her Rochester,N.Y.home.“He picked the wrong house to break into,”she told WHAM 13 News.Murphy isn’t your average octogenarian.In 2018,she won the World Natural Powerlifting Federation Upstate New York Championships,and says she can deadlift 225 pounds.She’s also appeared on ESPN and the Rachel Ray Show.
