摘要

Zhang Qingming was different from most people when he just began to work as a fueler at a service station in 2000.He thought carefully about every step of refuelling,collecting money,invoicing,and bookkeeping to help himself work better and faster.Gradually,he became number one in terms of the refuelling amount in the service station and also the one who provided the best service.The station manager used to say,"Zhang Qingming alone did the work of three people,and other employees secretly came to me and insisted on being on the same shift with him."It was exactly at that time that Zhang Qingming got the nickname of"all-rounder"for the first time.In this way,Zhang Qingming matured bit by bit,getting promoted from fueler to team leader,and then to station manager and Party branch secretary.He has been awarded dozens of honours such as Outstanding Service Station Manager,Outstanding Party Member and Advanced Worker by PetroChina Jilin Marketing Company and its Songyuan branch,and has been awarded Model Worker of Songyuan Municipality and Model Worker of Jilin Province by local governments.
