During the six years since Chen Zhiguo served as the head of the acrylonitrile workshop of No.1Polymer Plant of PetroChina Daqing Refining&Petrochemical Company,he has created a record of safe operation for over 2,400 consecutive days;the innovation results of his have filled a domestic gap;besides,he also has broken two industry records,and solved more than 20 technical headaches.He ranks number one in the industry in terms of facility operation skills.His selfless dedication and self-transcendence properly interpret the over 30 honours he won.
