摘要

Amajor feature of innovation of PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company is to attach great importance to therole of the practice, in which new theories are established and new technologies are developed. The innovation activities of an enterprise can be divided into planned innovation and unplanned innovation.As thename suggests, the planned innovation is the innovation activity that is planned by the enterprise, as the main part of enterprise innovation, while the unplanned innovation is the spontaneous innovation activity which is not planned by the enterprise and it requires the enterprise to give certain living space for unplanned innovation when setting up an innovation organization.
