In the process of development, an enterprise will inevitably face various risks, such as decision-making managementrisk, policy and regulation risk, system defect risk, liquidity risk, market risk, credit risk and operational risk.To prevent and defuse these risks well, what could be relied on is the intemai control system of the enterprise. The internal control system, referred to as the intemal control system, refers to the self-discipline system for enterprises tocheck, control and adjust their intemal business activities in order to reasonably ensure the efficiency of business activities, the reliability of financial reports, and compliance with laws and regulations.In other words, the internal control system of an enterprise runs through the various stages and levels of the decision-making, implementation and supervision of the business activities of the enterprise, covering the process of every manager activity of the business management enterprise.Which embodies the characteristics of comprehensive,full-staff, and full-process control ofintemal control.
