The Latest in Career Advice9(June)After reading about career risks which could be worth it,my heart was touched,and my mind was flying back to 13 years ago when I left the hospital to start my own clinic.Before becoming an internist physician,I had to finish a five-year training course at a medical center,then I had to pass a nephrologist license test.After that,I had to choose between staying at a hospital or starting my own clinic.That's a really difficult choice!As the only doctor and administrator of my clinic,I needed to take care of my patients and deal with many[things]like medical supplies,medicine,equipment nursing manpower and many bills,such as electricity,water[and]taxes.It was really challenging!Fortunately,many friends helped me get through these obstacles so that I could muster up the energy to do my best.I have no regrets about leaving the medical center[and]taking a career risk.[I]still am passionate about pursuing my dream.
