摘要

All who promote human rights should emphasize the ability to exercise five fundamental human rights:the right to live in safety without being killed,the right to have enough to eat to avoid starvation,the right to basic medical care,the right to education,and the right to a job with income.For this reason,it is important that the rest of the world understand recent developments in China.Over the past 40 years,China has delivered these five basic rights to its people faster and more comprehensively than any other country has done in human history.
