1. Turn your torso left, shifting your center of gravity onto the left leg; at the same time, turn your left palm inward, and move it left in a curve to your left side, palm down and fingers forward. Bend the elbow, and let the right hand hang down on the outside of the right leg, palm down and fingers forward. Look at your left hand.
