摘要

The disconnect between the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and the cultivation of professional skills in vocational colleges has made the industry face a shortage of talents. By analyzing the problems existing in the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in vocational colleges of Guangdong province, the corresponding strategies which try to solve the problems of talents shortage in society are proposed.
