Since China's leaders put forward the"30/60"goals in September 2020(achieving peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060),how to achieve the goals on schedule has become a hot topic in the whole of society.At present,from the central government to local governments,from the business community to the academic community,and from think tanks to media networks,the discussion around"Carbon Neutrality and Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions"is in full swing.
