摘要

A three-pronged approach is needed to achive carbon neutrality In order to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,measures can be taken in the following three steps.First,on the energy supply side,we shall speed up the transition from fossil energy to non-fossil energy;second,on the energy demand side,we shall take the initiative in demand-side management,optimizing energy uses,improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption;third,we should actively develop various carbon sequestration methods,including afforestation,carbon capture,carbon storage,and carbon utilization(CCUS)technologies as well as direct air capture(DAC)technology.
