President Xi Jinping's address,via video,to the ongoing G20 summit in Riyadh,Saudi Arabia,will help accelerate globalefforts to resume normal economic and social activities in order to boostglobal economic recovery.From the mcetings of finance ministers and central bankgovernors to the summit of heads of statp or government,the G20 analyzes and reviews global economic problems with theaim of promoting international financial stability and addressingissues that go beyond the responsibilities of any organization orcountry.
