摘要

On October 31,2020,the Seminar on Major Amendment of Company Law and Modernization of Commercial Rule of Law,the Annual Conference of Commercial Law Association of China Law Society in 2020 was successfully held in Xiamen,Fujian Province.Zhang Mingqi,Member of the Party Leading Group,Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Law Society,Luo Dongchuan,Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Fujian Provincial Committee,Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Fujian Province and President of Fujian Law Society,Zhang Yan,Secretary of the CPC Xiamen University Committee and other leaders attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
