1.Introduction On 23 June 2020,the third geostationary Earth orbit satellite(GEO-3),the last satellite of the China's BeiDou Navigation Satellite System(BDS)-3 space segment construction project,was success-fully launched,marking the completion of the BDS global constella-tion deployment and indicating the successful completion of the BDS"three-step"development strategy.
