Form IX: Crossing the Hands
Putting the hands together in front of the chest in the form of a cross.
1. Bend your left knee, and shift your weight onto your right leg; turn the toes of the left foot inward, turn your torso to the right; at the same time, move your right hand in a horizontal curve while raising the left hand, palms forward and elbows slightly bent; simultaneously, you're on your right toes slightly outward to adopt a right bow stance. Look at your right hand.
