摘要

Dear Editor, Fournier's gangrene(FG)is a life-threatening disease which is characterized by necrotizing fasciitis of the genital,perianal,and perineal regions.1 FG was initially found in young healthy males in the late 1800s with the acute onset of fulminant idiopathic genital gangrene.
