Level structures of neutron deficient radon isotops have been well investigated~([1～4]).For the odd-A~(207)Rn nucleus,however,no information on the high-spin states was available except for the two levels observed in Ref.[5].The present study utilized the~(196)Pt(~(16)O,5n)~(207)Rn reaction with a 95 MeV~(16)O beam provided by the
