摘要

This paper is part of a program to verify Dade's conjecture for some finite groups. In this paper, Dade's invariant conjecture has been verified for the Chevalley groups G2 (q) in the defining characteristic when q = 2a or 3a. In this case, the invariant conjecture is equivalent to Dade's final conjecture when q ≠ 3or 4.
