摘要

China University of Geosciences has carried out a reform on college English teaching since 2003, March. The English class for non-English majors now falls into three parts: speaking and listening, reading, and writing, which are given respectively. Speaking and listening take the percentage of 3/7 in the 280 classtime for college English. And 2/3 of the
