摘要

AT the end of 2004, the 10th National People's Congress (NPC)Standing Committee initiated the Anti-Secession Law legislatire process. The law, which was ratified with an overwhelming majority at the Third Session of the 10th National People's Congress (NPC), represents the Chinese people's common will to safeguard China's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
