摘要

With the increasing popularity of English learning, there is a great variety of English textbooks available on the book market. Among them that can be recommended by the writer of this article is the textbook of Oxford English, which inher point of view, features both practicability and authenticity. Based upon a detailed introduction of the textbook, the article aims to pinpoint the advantages in different ways, namely, reading, listening, speaking, writhing,vocabulary, grammar as well as culture.
