1 Achievements Made in 2007 and Historical Progress of Railwav Reform and Development since the 16th NaOonal Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) The 2007 was a year with fruitful achievements for railway reform and development. The whole railways made efforts to earnestly practice the scientific outlook on development, promote the harmonious railway development in an all-round and in-depth way and thus resulted in notable successes in all aspects.
