As the battle for dominance in home entertainment has raged on between Blu-ray and HD DVD,Chinese consumers were blissfully left on the sidelines,as neither format made any significant attempts to break into the Chinese mainland market.Now,Blu-ray has successfully consigned HD DVDs to that part of the closet reserved for forgotten items,meaning that China should expect a Blu-ray deluge over the coming year.
