摘要

Dear Editor, The goat has long been an important domesticated animal.Gene modification of goats to improve their production traits, ability to resist disease, and ability to produce valuable and high-quality proteins has been widely applied in the fields of agriculture and biopharming[1].However, traditional transgenic techniques result in poorly controlled expression of exogenous genes and extremely low efficiency, greatly limiting the applications of genetically modified goats.
