Fabry-Pérot filters (FPFs) have been investigated in various microstructural systems for the past few decades[1-4].Along with the development of technologies and techniques such as metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) and molecular beam epitaxy,depositing highquality epitaxial thin films onto different kinds of substrates using various materials has become possible[5-7].
