The signing ceremony of the cooperative framework agreement on "Strategic Research of China's Engineering Scientific and Technology Development" co-conducted by NSFC and CAE (Chinese Academy of Engineering) was held in NSFC. NSFC President Chen Yiyu and Cae President Zhou Ji attended and addressed the ceremony.
