摘要

Licheng is a district with more than 1 million people in Jinan,capital of east China's Shandong Province.A mixture of both urban and rural areas,Licheng,like elsewhere in the country,has seen in recent years significant problems of laid-off workers and farmers who have lost their land as a result of rapid urbanization.
