摘要

Today,the entire world is striving for protection of and respect for human rights and no country dares to openly repudiate human rights.Human rights conditions now have a direct bearing on the global economy,security and peace,and is directly linked to the ongoing development of a new international order.Human rights are now a mainstream theme of international dialogue,and constitute a factor that cannot be taken lightly in the competition among major powers for influence.
