摘要

Culture is the spiritual essence and basis of human rights,and hunan fights are the value orientation and objective of culture.Human rights are universal and particular at the same time.Each nation has its own specific concept and value orientation related to human rights culture.In the broad sense,human rights culture is the collective name for the fruit of material and spiritual civilizations,which is human rights.In the narrow sense,human rights culture is the ideological form of the fruit of spiritual civilization,i.e.,the complex ideological form conposed of the knowledge system,the value concept and subsistence mode of human fights,gradually established in practice.It is the profound reflection of the existence of human rights and the crystallization of the existing wisdom of human rights.
