摘要

The green economy is a radical change of development concept and pattern and has become the trend in the development of key areas around the globe.Developing the green economy is an inevitable choice for China's sustainable development.It is also an effective way to achieve the strategic transformation of the environment and development.Developing the green economy will have a positive effect on China 's poverty reduction,but will bring new challenges as well.As the major macro regulatory tool of the governmeng fiscal policy has important functions in the development of the green economy and poverty reduction.This paper combines theory and practice to illustrate the strategic significance of developing the green economy as well as its influence on poverty reduction.It also analyzes the main fiscal policies carried out to support the development of the green economy,their effects,and the problems existing in poverty reduction.Based on the analysis,the author further proposes possible fiscal and taxation policies conducive to poverty reduction and green economic development.
