摘要

Mounting evidence is highlighting the role of the ETS factor SPDEF as a prostate tumor suppressor.In a recent paper by Pal et al.,SPDEF was found to transcriptionally control the expression of E-Cadherin,an adhesion molecule with a crucial role in preventing metastatic spread.
