摘要

Ubiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) is a major pathway for intracellular protein degradation.Its target proteins include a broad array of regulatory proteins that play important roles in cell cycle progression,cell development and differentiation,DNA damage responses,and tumorgenesis.Dysfunction of UPS gives rise to various kinds of diseases including infectious diseases,autoimmune diseases and cancers.
