摘要

Due to the rapid development of international business activities, business English has almost become the occupational language on those occasions. In this paper, the author aims to focus on lexical features of business English in human resource management. It is generally accpeted that business English words share almost every feature of common English words. However, they have some special features. And in the field of HRM, the words or phrases carry both common features of business English and also their own distinctive lexical features. The main features of business English words in HRM are specialization of common words, their accuracy, distinctive ways of word-formation and timeliness. Through the analysis of lexical features of business English in HRM, we can have better understanding of HRM.
