This paper is to evaluate The New Senior English for China(the 2nd edition)(NSEFC) compiled by the People’s Education Press(PEP) by taking one unit as an example. From the detailed examination of the subject matter, activities, objectives and teaching and learning process, it is concluded that the book is learner-centered and good for the students’ personal development..
