摘要:
Precise genomic DNA replication is critical for faithful transferring of genetic information to the next generation.Genomic DNA replication consists of three different stages:initiation, elongation and termination. In eukaryotic cells,DNA replication initiates from multiple specific DNA regions called replication origins. To ensure DNA synthesis occurs once and only once in each cell cycle, the loading and activation of replicative helicase Mcm2-7 (minichromosome maintenance) are separated into different stages in the cell cycle [1].
