Novel terminator of inflammation and innate immune response

摘要

With the support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the research team led by Prof.Cao XueTao (曹雪涛) at the National Key Laboratory of Medical Molecular Biology& Department of Immunology,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,Beijing and the National Key laboratory of Medical Immunology,Second Military Medical University,recently reported that epigenetic regulator Tet2 terminates inflammation in a gene-specific manner,independent of its role in DNA methylation regulation,in Nature (2015,525:389-93),and demonstrated that ring finger-type E3 ligase NRDP1 suppresses pathogenesis of T cell-mediated autoimmune diseases by repressing early TCR signaling in Nature Immunology 2015,16:1253-62).
