摘要

With the support by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Ministry of Science and Technology of China,the laboratory led by Prof.Fang ZheyYu (方哲宇) from the School of Physics,Pe king University,revealed novel optical-doping mechanism by fabricating heterostructures of MoS2 monolayers with graphene quantum dots (GQDs),which was published in Advanced Materials (2015,27(35):5235-5240) and highlighted by Wiley Materials Views China.
