Researchers reporting in the Nature journal Scientific Reports1 have used next generation sequencing and quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR (RT-PCR) technology to profile plasma microRNA (miRNA) expression in cohorts of men with and without late-onset hypogonadism (LOH).
