As General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the Central Conferen" ce on Work Relating to Foreign Affairs in 2014,China.should conduct diplomacy with a salient Chinese feature and a Chinese vision."1 This means that the "Major-Country Diplomacy with Chinese Characteristics" has officially become the new orientation of Chinas diplomacy.The "Major-Country Diplomacy with Chinese Characteristics" mentioned here does not refer to the strategy and policy China takes toward other major countries in its diplomatic layout,nor does it signify the strategic "great games" among major powers.
