摘要

On December 2,2017,the 2nd Seminar on the Development Strategy of China's Oil and Gas Resources was held in Beijing.This seminar was hosted by the Strategic Research Center for Oil and Gas Resources,Ministry of Land (MLR) and Resources and sponsored by both the CNOOC Exploration Department and the School of Ocean and Earth Sciences of Tongji University.With the theme of "deepwater and deep-layer oil and gas resources and development strategy",the conference aims to implement the general requirements of the 19th National Congress of the CPC on "promoting energy production and consumption revolution,building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern energy system",further implement national strategy of the "Four Deeps" strategy,the strong maritime power strategy,and the innovation strategy of "Three Deeps and One Soil" from MLR,focus on the key and difficult issues of deepwater exploration and development in China,and put forward some proposals on the sustainable development of oil,leap-forward insurance capability in China.
