摘要

Singapore is globally regarded as a highly developed, livable city. The planning plays an important role in the development of Singapore. Looking back at these transformations, a few success factors can be identified. The years accumulated experience in urban planning and construction of Singapore is worthy learning for Manila. This paper mainly discusses the duplication of Singapore’s experience to Manila.
