摘要:
Genomic variations, such as single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs),underlie differences in our susceptibility to diseases and manifest the way our body responds to treatments.Currently, fluorescence imaging is the mainstream approach for genetic analysis. With the rapid advances in fluorescence-based next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies,a haplotype map of the human genome is under construction. However, the optical diffraction limit (200-300nm) of fluorophores restricts the resolution to be of about 1000 bp.
