摘要

ECMO is a new technology which is adopted to rescue critical patients.This technology was first used inpediatric cardiac surgery for circulation support.Now,it is widely applied to tackle various of disease,such as fulminant myocarditis,ARDS,severe cardiogenic shock,rescuing cardiac arrest and so on.Since last year,our hospital has applied ECMO to dozens of critical patients.The purpose of this dissertation is to give an analysis about the applicationof ECMOto fulminant myocarditis in our hospital.In this case we perfomed ECMOcombined with ventilator-assisted ventilation and IABP.After 24 day's rescue the patientbecame better and was transferred to department of acupuncture and moxibustion for rehabilitation.
