摘要

Intravascular iodinated contrast media are widely and increasingly used in imaging examinations of tumors,arterial diseases and thromboembolisms as well as in percutaneous vascular interventions.In parallel to this,contrastinduced nephropathy (CIN)has become the third most common cause of hospital acquired renal failure after renal hypoperfusion and nephrotoxic medication(1) affecting as many as 25 ％ in high-risk groups.(2)
