In the recent years,dielectric elastomers (DEs) have become the most popular actuators owing to their special properties such as large deformation,light weight,flexibility,and chemical and biological compatibility in the field of soft material [1].A DE consists of a polymer film sandwiched between two compliant electrodes.When a voltage is applied between the two electrodes,the thickness of the DE decreases and the area increases,which is known as the electrostatic effect.These exclusive properties have promoted the use of DEs,and they have been primarily employed as a soft dielectric elastomer actuators (DEAs) in the fields of artificial muscles and soft robots [2],active control of vibration and noise [3],and resonators [4].
