摘要

It is a great pleasure to participate in the International Energy Forum hosted by India.I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the IEF for its significant contributions to the stability,transparency,and security of the global energy market over the past two decades. The issues of "global energy transformation" and "future global energy security" are of great significance.They will help the energy sector effectively cope with climate change,enhance global energy investment confidence,and further develop international energy cooperation.Here,I'd like to talk mainly about CNCP's view of the global energy transformation and how we should deal with it.
